Finished work across DuPage County
A building can be cleaned every night and still look worn. The jobs on this page are what bring it back: stripped and waxed VCT, polished stone and terrazzo, extracted carpet and pressure washed restrooms. The photos show the kind of finished result each one produces.
We polish stone and terrazzo floors
Marble and granite show every scratch and every dull traffic path across a lobby, and terrazzo does the same once its finish wears. Our technicians are Stone Medic certified. They restore and polish the stone, then add a protective sealer or coating where the floor needs one.
Vinyl tile gets stripped and waxed
VCT is the vinyl tile you see in break rooms and back corridors. The wax on it wears through in the traffic lanes and yellows where it builds up. We strip it back to bare tile and lay down fresh finish once or twice a year as part of your contract.
Carpet gets extracted on a schedule
Our IICRC certified technicians clean carpet with hot water extraction, which pulls out the soil a vacuum leaves behind. We start a maintenance program on day one and follow the manufacturer's recommendations, so your warranty stays valid. Carpet on our program has lasted more than twenty years.
We pressure wash restrooms as standard
A mop pushes dirt around a restroom floor and leaves it sitting in the grout. Pressure washing flushes it out of the grout lines and down the floor drain. It comes with our standard janitorial contract, and a lot of companies charge extra for it.
