We also work in industrial plants and food distribution warehouses. Clean rooms, banks, telecom buildings and data centers are on our list too, and each one has its own rules about access and dust.

One contact person answers for each building
Every building we take on gets a single point of contact. That person is responsible for the CLS Everyday Cleaner Standard in your building, and they are the one you call when something is not right.
All of our work is done by our own staff. Our people stay with us, so the faces on your crew tend to stay the same. As R Pyrch wrote on Google: "You will not find a more customer service focused cleaning service."
Our contract includes the heavy work
Many janitorial contracts cover the nightly routine. They charge extra for the heavy jobs. Ours includes restroom pressure washing and restorative carpet extraction. It also includes interior windows as needed. Floors are scrubbed and waxed once or twice a year.

The US Green Building Council is the group behind LEED. We are active members of the Illinois chapter, and the products we use meet LEED standards.

The IAQA sets standards for the air inside a building. How a building is cleaned changes what the people in it breathe, so we stay trained on it.
Stone Medic Certified
Stone Medic trains crews to restore marble, granite and terrazzo with the right products for each stone. Our technicians took the hands-on classes.
