We test surfaces after the first clean
After the intensive initial cleaning we test surfaces with equipment to confirm they are actually clean. Then we come back and test again from time to time.
Extras other companies charge for are included
Our standard contract includes restroom pressure washing and restorative carpet extraction. It also covers interior windows as needed. Floors are scrubbed and waxed once or twice a year. Other companies charge extra for these.
Disinfectant gets the time it needs
We use hospital grade disinfectants and leave them on high touch surfaces for the full dwell time. Color coded microfiber cloths and flat mops keep a restroom cloth out of your break room.
Green products that meet LEED standards
Our cleaning products and liners meet LEED standards, and our vacuums catch particles as small as three tenths of a micron. We have helped customers earn green certification for their buildings.
